DESIGN/BUILD SERVICES

At the core of our design philosophy is the belief that interior/exterior design should be a reflection of the homeowner and needs for their family. There is a design retainer which the cost will be determined by the size and details needed for the build. The design retainer monies will go towards the downpayment if you choose to move forward with the build if not then you would be able to keep the drawings and cost breakdown for the build. Our designer will help to get the design on paper and even digital so you can picture the project in greater detail. Once a drawing is approved by homeowner then a true buildable scope and accurate cost can be established.

SELECTION MEETING

There will be a scheduled selections meeting for all items to which an allowance has been listed for on your scope of work and contract. Our team will be with you every step of the way. You will be meeting our representative at various locations with our suppliers/vendors to look at products that are available for your new renovation project. You will be offered addresses of the locations to try to make it as convenient as possible.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

Our Initial Design Consultation is the first step in turning your interior/exterior design dreams into reality.
