Meet the Team

  • Mike Randolph

    FOUNDER/OWNER

    My passion for remodeling started when I was 13 years old. My beloved grandmother taught me how to use my first saw on a bedroom remodeling project of hers. Forty-three years later, with all of my hands-on/award-winning field experience I still love what I do. I have been truly blessed to work for so many amazing homeowners throughout the years.

    On a personal note: I have been blessed with five amazing sons and five energetic grandkids. This has been the best experience I’ve ever been a part of.

    I enjoy working with a variety of charities, local communities and my church.

  • Phil Bloom

    SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST

    From a young age, I was always fixing things around the house for my mother. Helping my mother sparked interest in working with my hands. After high school, I began a career in construction, starting with hardwood floor installation. That experience quickly led me into full-scale remodeling- working on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and more. Now with years of experience, I focus on the sales side of the business while still striving for excellence in every project. Outside of work I enjoy time with my son, along with golfing, fishing, working out, blacksmithing, and hunting for Lake Superior Agates.
